Sometimes the coordination between the initial construction phase and the suite fit-out isn’t always a perfect fit with incomplete works, especially where ductwork exits the building and external wall construction and louvres need to be re-worked. On this £1.2m project, we reconstructed the outer layer of the Jumbo Stud walls to restore fire integrity and fitted new external louvres, reducing resistance by 50%. This was a CDM project where we carried out all of the works with our own workforce.
